Ideal for all fryers with high filter volumes, the VITO XS's tank can hold up to 40 liters of oil.Like every VITO fryer oil filter, the VITO XS filters microparticles down to 5 µm from the oil or fat. The oil is simply sucked up with the hose and can then be safely transported on level surfaces for disposal. Alternatively, the oil can be pumped back into the fryer using the device. This ensures the optimal quality of your oil and the fried food is maintained. The special design of the VITO XS ensures that it can filter effortlessly at temperatures up to 200°C while offering maximum work safety. Thanks to the integrated heat protection, the device switches off automatically if the temperature gets too high. After filtration, the oil can be used again immediately.The filter basket can be cleaned in the dishwasher.Furthermore, the device has an integrated heater.
