Parcel shipping within Germany with DPD:

Unfortunately, the shipping of hazardous goods (cleaners) is not possible to islands.

All items that are not classified as hazardous chemical substances and mixtures are shipped via DPD. This service applies to packages weighing up to 31.5 kg.

Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery can be tracked online using a provided tracking number.

The shipping costs are Standard parcel delivery via DPD for orders over €50.00 plus. VAT free.

For orders below this value we charge a flat shipping fee of 7.99 € plus. VAT.

For DPD express delivery on request, the following surcharges apply per parcel:

Delivery by 6:00 p.m. on the next working day	12.99 € plus VAT
Delivery by 12:00 on the next working day	19.99 € plus. VAT

Express shipments will be dispatched on the same working day if the order is received by 10:00 a.m. for items that are immediately available.

Please note that certain items must be shipped individually due to maximum package dimensions, customized cardboard boxes, and padding or securing of the contents, and shipping prices may vary accordingly, regardless of the shipping weight.

Shipping within Germany:

Shipping usually takes 1-3 working days. The Delivery can be arranged online via a provided tracking number can be tracked.

Shipping costs are with standard forwarding with the Raben Group for orders over 500,00 € plus. VAT free.

For orders below this value we charge a flat shipping fee of 119.99 € plus. VAT per pallet.

We offer Next Day Delivery by freight forwarder (delivery on the next working day) for an additional charge of €49.99 plus. VAT per pallet.

Shipping usually takes 2-8 working days. The Delivery can be arranged online via a provided tracking number can be tracked.

The shipping costs are:

Package weight: 0.00-9.99 kg	19.99 € plus. VAT
Package weight: 10.00-30.00 kg	39.99 € plus. VAT
