1921 The company was founded by Heinrich and Lina Salm with the business focus “butchery supplies.”
1978 Long-time managing director Wolfgang Götz buys the company and continues to run it.
1996 Son Peter Götz becomes a partner after years of practical and strategic professional and business experience, as well as successful training at Heinrich Salm.
2000 Wolfgang Götz retired, his son Peter Götz now continues to manage the company, then the move to the Karlsruhe-Storrenacker industrial area followed.
