The Hobart The Precipan 100L Highpower is a versatile, multifunctional cooking appliance that replaces numerous conventional appliances in professional kitchens, thus saving space and resources. With a 100-liter capacity and a power output of 28.2 kW, it allows for the preparation of large quantities of food in a very short time. Thanks to its high power, the appliance brings 100 liters of water to a boil in just 24 minutes, significantly increasing efficiency in your kitchen.
The pan, kettle, and fryer offer maximum flexibility in food preparation. The 15 mm thick, high-performance base ensures even heat distribution and allows temperatures up to 250 °C. This is ideal for searing large quantities of meat or vegetables in up to three separate cooking zones, while keeping food warm in an energy-efficient manner. For added convenience, the Precipan features an electric tilting function for easy emptying and cleaning.
The integrated spray gun with automatic retraction assists in cleaning and rinsing cooked food. The fully automatic water dosing system allows for precise filling of cold and hot water, further simplifying the cooking process.
The intuitive operation is via the color display with image control and control wheel (FastPad2), allowing even untrained staff to use the appliance effortlessly. Optional features include a pressure cooking function for shorter cooking times and an automatic basket lifting and lowering system for precise cooking, further enhancing the appliance's versatility.
