The rinsing performance, dosing and machine settings of the F8400 can be transferred unchanged to the F8500.

The Winterhalter F8500 is a highly alkaline, liquid detergent with active chlorine bleaching power. It is specially designed for use in commercial dishwashers. The detergent is suitable for washing items made of glass, plastic, porcelain, stainless steel, as well as cutlery and utensils.
It effectively removes all kinds of dried-on food residue, as well as coffee and tea stains and other dyes. However, it is not suitable for silver, aluminum (including anodized aluminum), and light metal alloys.
For perfect dishwashing results, the use in Winterhalter A system with a suitable dishwasher, rinse aid, and water treatment is recommended. Dosage is controlled by automatic dosing units depending on the degree of soiling and water quality.
The Winterhalter F8500 offers excellent cleaning performance and very good starch, grease, and protein dissolving properties. It has very good bleaching properties and contains no phosphates.
