The Rational The SpareRibs Rack GN 1/1 is specifically designed for efficiently and gently preparing large quantities of spare ribs. The vertical arrangement of the ribs on the rack optimizes the capacity of the combi steamer, allowing up to 3.5 kg of spare ribs to be cooked per rack. This arrangement makes it possible, for example, to gently pre-cook up to 70 kg of spare ribs overnight and then finish grilling them as needed.
Made of high-quality stainless steel, the spare rib rack is characterized by its robustness and durability. Measuring GN 1/1 (325 × 530 mm), it fits perfectly into compatible combi steamers and is therefore an indispensable accessory for professional kitchens. Cleaning the rack is straightforward, as it is dishwasher-safe.
