The Rational Spare Ribs Rack GN 1/1 is specially designed for preparing large quantities of spare ribs efficiently and gently. The vertical arrangement of the ribs on the rack maximizes the combi steamer's capacity, allowing up to 3.5 kg of spare ribs to be cooked per rack. This arrangement makes it possible, for example, to tenderly pre-cook up to 70 kg of spare ribs overnight and then grill them as needed.
Made of high-quality stainless steel, the Spare Ribs Rack is characterized by its robustness and durability. With its GN 1/1 dimensions (325 × 530 mm), it fits perfectly into combi steamers, making it an indispensable accessory for professional catering. Cleaning the rack is straightforward, as it's dishwasher-safe.
