The rational condensation hood Ultra Vent Plus is a state -of -the -art trigger hood that was specially developed for use in professional kitchens.
The Ultra Vent Plus condensation hood is designed to absorb efficiently and quiet vapors, smells and smoke that arise during cooking. It is equipped with a powerful suction technology that ensures that no undesirable vapors or particles get into the kitchen, which creates a more pleasant working environment for the cooks.
An external connection or the expansion of an existing exhaust air system is not required for this air air hood. The hood is equipped with integrated lighting. The CNS fat filter is easy to clean. The contactless door contact switch automatically increases the trigger power when opening the cooking room.
