The blast freezer features forced-air cooling. The power cord is not included. The unit can accommodate up to five GN 1/1-65 containers or EN trays 600x400 mm (max. 10 trays possible with special accessories). It is digitally controlled via a 7-inch touchscreen. This display allows you to select standard programs, product-specific programs, a multi-timer function, a defrost function, a quick-start function for a program of your choice, program memory locations for custom programs, and the display of all cycle data and alarms.
The appliance also features soft chilling, continuous operation, and a storage function at the end of the cycle. The door hinges on the left as standard. Defrost water must be drained manually. The appliance is equipped with a 3-point core temperature sensor. The feet of the blast freezer are height-adjustable.
