The blast freezer features forced-air cooling. The power cord is not included. The unit can accommodate up to 5 GN containers (1/1-65) or EN trays (600x400 mm) (up to 10 trays with optional accessories). Control is digital via a 7-inch touchscreen display. This display allows the selection of standard programs, product-specific programs, a multi-timer function, a defrost function, a quick-start function for a selected program, program memory slots for user-defined programs, and displays of all cycle data and alarms.
Furthermore, the unit features soft chilling, continuous operation, and a storage function at the end of the cycle. The door hinge is on the left as standard. Defrost water drainage must be performed manually. The unit is equipped with a 3-point core temperature probe. The feet of the blast freezer are height-adjustable.
