The Naturin crown casing XL is a high-quality casing specially developed for sausage production. With a diameter of 47 mm, it belongs to the XL size class and is therefore particularly suitable for the production of larger sausages. The crown casing was carefully selected and processed to ensure optimal quality and durability. The red tie at the end of the casing not only closes the casing but also provides visual differentiation. This allows different sausage types to be distinguished at first glance or special product characteristics to be highlighted. The Naturin crown casing is particularly suitable for cooked sausages and spreadable dry sausages in ring form. Depending on the intended use, the crown casing can be closed with twine or a clip. Sausages filled in the Naturin crown casing are highly permeable to smoke and water vapor.
