With a diameter of 43 mm, it belongs to the XL size class and is therefore particularly suitable for the production of larger sausages. The Naturin crown casing is particularly suitable for cooked sausages and spreadable, ring-shaped raw sausages. Depending on the intended use, the crown casing can be closed with twine or a clip.
