RackControl® – Multiple timer
For monitoring simultaneously cooking foods in a uniform climate. Suitable for convection, steaming, combi-steaming, and Perfection® cooking. Timer times can be individually adjusted. RackControl® cooking processes can be programmed and saved with up to 6 different timers.
Ready2Cook
Preheating, cooling, and preparing the cooking climate before cooking are combined in one function. Cooling with the cooking chamber door closed.
PerfectHold – Keep warm function
After the cooking time is over, the food is cooled down by "SmartCoolDown" and kept warm at a constant standard temperature of 70°C. The cooking chamber is cooled down in a controlled manner with the cooking chamber door open. Keeping-warm temperatures can be individually adjusted from 50 to 90°C.
Internal multi-point core temperature sensor
To compensate for incorrect pricking, it remains in place in the cooking chamber. Core temperature measurements up to 99°C are possible.
CombiDoctor ‒ Self-Diagnosis Program
Automatic self-test of all relevant device functions, such as climate and cleaning functions. The results are displayed on the screen.

ClimaSelect® plus – climate control
Individually controllable cooking chamber climate with humidity and temperature measurement and active humidification and dehumidification. Product-specific humidity settings from 0 to 100% (in 10% increments) are digitally displayed on the screen, with practical setting increments and clear text instructions.
