The EcoControl function allows for gentle boil-up and keeping food warm. The kettle also offers three different cooking settings: gentle simmering, medium boiling, and vigorous boiling. This allows you to cook flexibly according to your needs.
The kettle's casing is made entirely of chrome-nickel steel (1.4301), ensuring high durability and easy cleaning. The inner kettle is also made of corrosion-resistant chrome-nickel steel and designed for energy savings.
As a demonstration unit, the boiling kettle shows signs of wear, but has been inspected by our technician and thoroughly cleaned. This makes the MKN OPTIMA 850 pressure boiling kettle a reliable and efficient addition to any professional kitchen.
