Exchangeable titanium -coated stainless steel knife.
Manual operation with performance controller and pulse switches.
Tagnapping protective hood made of polycarbonate and protective switch.
The mixer only works if the protective hood is completely closed.
Including 2.5 liters of polycarbonate.
Fixed lid made of polypropylene and a small BPA-free tritan lid cover.
Removable pot, temperature -resistant from -40ºC to +90ºC.
High -performance engine with variable speed control and pulse switch - rotary speed of 16000 rpm. Up to 24800 rpm. (without stress).
Overheating and overvoltage protection.
