V-shaped stainless steel blade.
Julienne blades made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
3 pads for changing the cutting thickness: 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm.
2 pads with blades for cutting julienne strips: 3.5 mm and 7 mm.
The cutting thickness is embossed on each pad.
Quick pad replacement with a single locking and unlocking button.
Integrated foldable stand - a wide, rubber-coated, non-slip foot; the mandolin can be held in the hand or placed on a work surface.
Included in the set:
