The Kalle Nalo artificial casing is a high-quality plastic casing specifically designed for sausage making. The plastic casing has been carefully selected and processed to ensure optimal quality and durability. This versatile, easy-to-use casing offers excellent barrier properties. The imprinted "Die gute Mettwurst" (The Good Mettwurst) makes it particularly suitable for producing Mettwurst. Depending on the intended use, the casing can be closed with string or a clip.
The casing is tasteless, grease-resistant, highly transparent, and glossy. It has excellent shrinkage properties and ensures even smoke transfer.
