The "Die gute Mettwurst" (The Good Mettwurst) imprint makes the casing particularly suitable for the production of Mettwurst. The plastic casing can be closed with thread or clip, depending on the intended use.
The casing is tasteless, grease-proof, highly transparent, and glossy. It has excellent shrinkage and ensures even smoke transmission.
