The Kalle Nalo artificial casing is a high-quality plastic casing specially developed for sausage production. The "Lyoner" imprint makes it particularly suitable for the production of lyoner sausages. The plastic casing can be closed with thread or a clip, depending on the intended use.
The casing is flavorless and impermeable to grease. It has excellent shrinkage properties and ensures even smoke transfer.
