The HOBART The Chef's Combi 101 (model 101E) is an electrically heated combi steamer specifically designed for the demands of professional kitchens. With a capacity of ten GN 1/1 trays and a maximum total load of 50 kg, it is ideal for preparing 80 to 150 meals per day. Its compact dimensions of 852 mm wide, 893 mm deep, and 1,076 mm high allow for space-saving integration into various kitchen layouts.
Equipped with a 10"With its HD capacitive touchscreen, which can also be operated while wearing gloves, the Chef's Combi 101 offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The innovative CombiOS operating concept ensures fast response times and allows for individual customization of the user interface. Functions such as CombiClimateControl and AutoClimate guarantee precise climate control in the cooking chamber, supported by a lambda probe for percentage-accurate humidity control.
The integrated CombiGuide cooking assistant automatically sets the ideal cooking parameters based on the user-defined specifications. MenuMix monitors each shelf down to the second, which is particularly advantageous when cooking mixed loads. The CombiCare automatic cleaning and maintenance system detects the degree of soiling and adjusts the cleaning program accordingly, using solid cleaning tablets and powder. Within a short time, the cooking chamber, steam generator, and drain are hygienically clean and free of limescale.
A controlled air distribution system with five fan speeds and a reversing fan wheel ensures even heat distribution throughout the cooking chamber. The powerful heating elements enable short preheating times and rapid compensation for temperature drops, even with a full load or frequent door opening. Integrated USB and Ethernet interfaces also offer options for local data exchange and stable, secure connectivity.
