The HOBART Chef's Combi 101 (Model 101E) is an electrically heated combi steamer specifically designed for the needs of professional kitchens. With a capacity of ten GN 1/1 trays and a maximum total load of 50 kg, it is ideal for preparing 80 to 150 meals per day. Its compact dimensions of 852 mm wide, 893 mm deep, and 1,076 mm high allow for space-saving integration into a variety of kitchen layouts.

Equipped with a 10"With its HD capacitive touchscreen, which can also be operated with gloves, the Chef's Combi 101 offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The innovative CombiOS operating concept ensures fast response times and allows for individual customization of the user interface. Functions such as CombiClimateControl and AutoClimate ensure precise climate control in the cooking chamber, supported by a lambda probe for precise humidity control down to the percentage.

The integrated CombiGuide cooking assistant automatically sets the ideal cooking parameters based on the specifications specified by the user. MenuMix monitors each rack to the second, which is particularly advantageous for mixed loads. The CombiCare automatic cleaning and maintenance system detects the level of soiling and adjusts the cleaning program accordingly, using solid cleaning tablets and powders. Within a short time, the cooking chamber, steam generator, and drain are hygienically clean and free of limescale.

A controlled air distribution system with five fan speeds and a reversing fan impeller ensures even energy distribution throughout the cooking chamber. The powerful heating elements enable short heat-up times and rapid compensation for temperature drops, even with a full load or frequent door opening. Integrated USB and Ethernet interfaces also provide options for local data exchange and stable, secure connectivity.
