The FriFri ECO Professional 4+4 deep fryer is specially designed for use in small and medium-sized businesses that value efficiency and quality. Featuring two separate basins, each with a capacity of 3 to 4 liters, it allows for the simultaneous preparation of different fried foods without flavor transfer. The powerful 3.2 kW heating elements ensure rapid heating and a consistent temperature, which is particularly advantageous during busy workloads.
The mechanical temperature control offers ten adjustable levels, allowing precise adjustment of the heat within a range of 100 to 190°C. This ensures optimal frying results for a variety of foods. An integrated safety thermostat protects against overheating and automatically shuts off the heating elements when needed, increasing operational safety. The fryer also features a safety limit switch that automatically shuts off the device when the heating elements are removed.
The body and lid of the deep fryer are made of high-quality stainless steel, which not only ensures an attractive appearance but also facilitates cleaning. The fully molded tank, without corners or welds, prevents the accumulation of dirt and simplifies maintenance. The removable oil containers and the ability to completely disassemble the deep fryer also contribute to easy maintenance.
