The Electrolux E7FTGDCS00 gas griddle is a high-quality kitchen appliance specifically designed for professional use. Equipped with a powerful 7 kW gas heater, the grill plate quickly reaches the desired operating temperature. The thermostatic control allows the temperature to be precisely adjusted between 100°C and 280°C, allowing for optimal preparation of various foods. The slightly forward-sloping cooking surface ensures that excess fat is efficiently drained into the integrated grease tray, making food healthier and simplifying cleaning.
Safety and ease of use are paramount with this model. The piezo ignition allows for easy and safe operation, while the IPX4 splash protection provides additional protection.
