This high -quality slopes made of stainless steel is suitable for the Dry Ager DX 500 Premium S, DX 500 Premium. For storing and maturation of sections.

The hanging is adjustable and can be inserted individually, whereby in the DX 500 Premium S up to 2 slopes per insert height fit. Each hanger has a resilience of 80 kg. However, meat per slopes are not recommended more than 2 back strands.
