The sling is height-adjustable and can be inserted individually; the DX 500 Premium S can accommodate up to two slings per insertion height. Each sling has a load capacity of 40 kg. with a maximum loading volume of 20 kg of meatHowever, no more than two back strands of meat per hanger are recommended.
