This high -quality slopes made of stainless steel is suitable for the Dry Ager DX 1000 Premium S, DX 1000 Premium or DX 1000. For storing and maturation of sections.

The hanging is adjustable and can be inserted individually, with up to 2 slopes per insert height in the DX 1000 Premium S. Each hanger has a resilience of 80 kg. However, meat per slopes are not recommended more than 2 back strands.
