This high-quality stainless steel hanger is for the DRY AGER Suitable for DX 1000 Premium S or DX 1000 Premium. For storing and maturing portions.

The rack is height-adjustable and can be inserted individually; the DX 1000 Premium S can accommodate up to two racks per insertion height. Each rack has a load capacity of 80 kg. However, no more than two back fillets of meat per rack are recommended.
