The aging cabinet allows you to age meat over a freely selectable period of time. The controlled temperature of 2°C and 85% humidity in the cabinet allow meat to be hung on the bone and allowed to breathe. The precise electronic control ensures precise and constant temperature maintenance. If necessary, this temperature can be adjusted in 0.1°C increments, as can the humidity, which can be adjusted between 60% and 90%.

Thanks to sophisticated technologies, the ripening cabinet always maintains the perfect climate, optimal air flow and continuous disinfection, even with large fluctuations in ambient temperature.

The metal-coated insulated glass door perfectly protects the meat suspended inside from harmful UV radiation, all while providing optimally coordinated lighting and product presentation.

The Dry Ager attracts all eyes and does an unbeatable job - after 6 weeks of maturation, the refined meat only loses about 12% of its weight.
