The ripening cabinet offers the possibility to refine meat over a freely selectable period. Due to the controlled temperature of 2 ° C and 85 % air humidity in the closet, you can hang meat on the bone and let them breathe. By precisely electronic control, the ripening cabinet ensures precise and constant compliance with the temperature. If necessary, this can be regulated in 0.1 ° C steps, as well as the humidity. This can be regulated between 60% and 90%.

Thanks to highly developed technologies, the ripening cabinet always keeps the perfect climate, optimal air flow and continuous disinfection even with large fluctuations in the ambient temperature.

Due to the metal-compatible insulating glass, the meat, which is suspended inside, is perfectly protected against harmful UV radiation, and all of this in an optimally coordinated lighting and product presentation.

The Dry Ager attracts everyone and does an unbeatably good job -after 6 weeks ripening, the refined meat only loses about 12% of its weight.
