A must-have for anyone who wants to dry-age sausages, salami, and ham. The sliding rack is for the DRY AGER Suitable for the DX 500 Premium S, DX 500 Premium or DX 500. This allows you to optimally hang and mature sausages and hams with loops or sausage pairs.
The sausage rack can be used in two different ways, depending on requirements. Thanks to its ingenious grid design, the rack is usable on both sides and therefore suitable for various types of sausage and ham. This allows for the ideal hanging of sausage and ham loops and pairs of sausages.
1) For sausage loops or sausage twine, insert the rack with the "hanging tabs" facing upwards. This eliminates the need for S-hooks or other aids.
2) Insert the rack for sausage pairs with the "hanging tabs" facing downwards to easily hang them in the "notch".
