A must for everyone of the sausages, salami and ham in the dry ager. The insert is suitable for the Dry Ager DX 1000 Premium S, DX 1000 Premium or DX 1000. This allows you to optimally hang sausages and ham with loops or sausage pairs.
Depending on the requirement, the sausage rust can be used in two variants. The rust can be used on both sides due to its sophisticated grid shape and is therefore suitable for different types of sausage and ham. In this way, sausage and ham loops and sausage pairs can be ideally attached.
Two of the sausage rust can be inserted in a row on one level that you only need half of the depth of the dry ager.
1) For sausage shoots or sausage thread, use the rust with the "hints noses". As a result, no more S-hooks or other aids are necessary.
2) Put the rust for sausage pairs with the "hanging noses" down to simply hang them into the "notch".
