This original accessory is suitable for the DRY AGER DX 1000 Premium S, DX 1000 Premium, or DX 1000. For storing and aging cuts.

The slide-in rack allows you to ripen and store cuts of meat. The rack can be individually inserted, with up to five racks fitting in at once. Each rack has a load capacity of 40 kg.
