Deliclean Cutting Board Cleaner P50 is a highly effective cleaning and bleaching agent specially developed for cleaning and brightening plastic cutting boards and other plastic containers used in food processing. It is capable of oxidatively degrading, hydrolyzing, and peptizing organic soils, especially protein, blood, and fat, and completely removing them from rough surfaces.
The cleaner comes in a 12.5 kg canister, allowing for easy and convenient application. Depending on the degree of soiling, it can be diluted and applied either by immersion or by immersion in the cleaning solution. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
Please note that P50 Cutting Board Cleaner can emit toxic gases upon contact with acids and can be corrosive to metals. It causes severe skin burns and eye damage and is highly toxic to aquatic life. Therefore, appropriate protective measures should always be taken when handling this product.
