The Contacto pizza tray around 50 cm is an essential utensil for all lovers of Italian cuisine. Crafted from high-quality 0.7 mm thick blue sheet metal, it ensures excellent heat conduction, resulting in an evenly crispy pizza base. The rolled and reinforced edge gives the tray additional stability and prevents deformation at high temperatures.
With a top diameter of 51 cm and a base diameter of 47.5 cm, this pizza pan offers ample space for generously topped pizzas. The 3.5 cm height is ideal for easily preparing thicker crusts or filled pizza crusts. Please note that the pan is not dishwasher-safe. After cleaning, it should be thoroughly dried with hot water and then lightly greased to prevent rust and ensure the longevity of the product.
