The Contacto pizza tray round 28 cm is an essential tool for pizza lovers and professional chefs. Crafted from high-quality 0.7 mm thick black sheet metal, it ensures excellent heat conduction, resulting in evenly baked and crispy pizza bases. The rolled and reinforced edge gives the tray additional stability and prevents warping at high temperatures.
With a top diameter of 28 cm and a base diameter of 25.5 cm, this pizza pan is the ideal size for medium-sized pizzas. The 2.5 cm height allows for both thin and thick pizzas. Please note that the pan is not dishwasher safe. After cleaning with hot water, it should be thoroughly dried and then lightly greased to prevent rust and ensure the longevity of the product.
