Made from high-quality blued steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm, it ensures excellent heat conduction, resulting in an evenly crispy pizza base. The rolled and reinforced edge gives the tray additional stability and prevents warping at high temperatures.
With a top diameter of 51 cm and a base diameter of 47.5 cm, this pizza pan offers ample space for generously topped pizzas. The 3.5 cm height is ideal for easily preparing thicker doughs or filled pizza crusts. Please note that the pan is not dishwasher safe. After cleaning with hot water, it should be thoroughly dried and then lightly greased to prevent rust and ensure the product's longevity.
