The Contacto pizza tray around 40 cm is an essential tool for pizza lovers and professional chefs. Crafted from high-quality 0.7 mm thick blue sheet metal, it ensures excellent heat conduction, resulting in evenly baked and crispy pizza bases. The rolled and reinforced edge gives the tray additional stability and prevents warping at high temperatures.
With a top diameter of 40 cm and a base diameter of 38 cm, this pizza pan is the ideal size for large pizzas. The 2.1 cm height allows for both thin and thick pizza crusts. Please note that the pan is not dishwasher safe. After cleaning with hot water, it should be thoroughly dried and then lightly greased to prevent rust and ensure the longevity of the product.
