Made from high-quality 0.7 mm thick black steel, it ensures excellent heat conduction, resulting in evenly baked and crispy pizza bases. The rolled and reinforced edge gives the tray additional stability and prevents warping at high temperatures.
With a top diameter of 36 cm and a base diameter of 34 cm, this pizza pan is the ideal size for medium to large pizzas. Its 2.5 cm height allows for both thin and thicker dough variations. Please note that the pan is not dishwasher safe. After cleaning with hot water, it should be thoroughly dried and then lightly greased to prevent rust and ensure the product's longevity.
