The Kalle Nalo artificial casing is a high-quality plastic casing specifically designed for sausage making. The plastic casing has been carefully selected and processed to ensure optimal quality and durability. This versatile, easy-to-use casing offers excellent barrier properties. It is particularly suitable for making head cheese, black pudding, tongue sausage, Milanese sausage, mortadella, deli meats, lunch meats, corned beef, and liver and blood sausage. Depending on the intended use, the casing can be closed with string or a clip.
The casing is tasteless and grease-resistant. It has excellent shrinkage properties and ensures even smoke transfer.
