The Kalle Nalo artificial casing is a high-quality plastic casing specially developed for sausage production. The plastic casing was carefully selected and processed to ensure optimal quality and durability. The casing is universally applicable, easy-to-process, and features good barrier properties. It is particularly suitable for the production of aspic, pork rinds, tongue sausage, Milanese sausage, mortadella, cold cuts, lunch meat, corned beef, and liver and blood sausage. The plastic casing can be closed with thread or clip, depending on the intended use.
The casing is flavorless and impermeable to grease. It has excellent shrinkage properties and ensures even smoke transfer.
