The I-flex 1/1-20 griddle plate is ideal for preparing a wide variety of dishes. With its optimized heat distribution and retention, the heat is evenly distributed across the entire plate. It also features a magnetic base that prevents it from slipping on the induction hob. Equipped with stainless steel handles on each end, the plate is suitable for temperatures up to 250°C. It is also dishwasher safe.
