The B.PROTHERM 620 KBUH heatable food transport container reaches an electronically regulated internal temperature of approximately +90°C. The convection heating module is located on the inside of the appliance door. An LED light indicates appliance use. The electrical connection with a power plug connector on the outside of the door can be sealed watertight with a special twist lock.
The transport container is front-loading. The door can be closed using stainless steel tension locks located along the length of the container. Two ergonomically shaped stainless steel carrying handles are attached along the length of the container, which can be folded out and are suitable for transporting the box.
The transport container has 12 internal support ribs with a rib spacing of 39 mm, suitable for inserting GN containers. The transport container's door is removable. Without the door, the container is dishwasher-safe up to a maximum temperature of 90°C. The container has an IP X4 protection rating, which prohibits the use of steam jets, high-pressure cleaners, or similar devices to clean the container.
