The heated food transport container 620 KBUH from B.PROTHERM The internal temperature reaches approximately +90°C, which is electronically regulated. The convection heating module is located on the inside of the appliance door. An LED indicator shows when the appliance is in use. The electrical connection with mains plug socket on the outside of the door can be sealed watertight with a special twist lock.
The transport container is a front loader. The door can be closed using stainless steel toggle latches located lengthwise inside the container. Two ergonomically shaped stainless steel carrying handles are attached lengthwise; these can be folded out and are suitable for transporting the box.
The transport container has 12 internal support grooves spaced 39 mm apart, suitable for inserting GN containers. The container door is removable. Without the door, the container is dishwasher-safe up to a maximum temperature of 90°C. The container has an IP X4 protection rating, which prohibits the use of steam cleaners, high-pressure washers, or similar devices for cleaning it.
