Package shipping within Germany with DPD:  

The dispatch of all articles that are not classified as dangerously marked chemical substances and mixtures is carried out with DPD. Packages with a weight of up to 31.5 kg are sent.

The shipping period is usually 1-2 working days. The delivery can be followed online via a shipping success provided.

The shipping costs are free with standard package shipping via DPD from an order value of € 50.00 including VAT.

Under this order value we charge a flat rate of € 7.99 including VAT ..

The following surcharges per package apply to DPD express delivery:

Delivery by 6:00 p.m. on the next working day	€ 12.99 including VAT.
Delivery by 12:00 p.m. on the next working day	€ 19.99 including VAT.

The shipping of express programs will be sent until 10:00 a.m. on the same working day for items that are available immediately.

Please note that certain items must be sent individually based on the package maximum, individualized cardboard and padding or securing the content and the shipping prices can vary according to shipping weight.

 

Sending freight forwarding within Germany:

The shipping period is usually 1-3 working days. The Delivery can be made online via a provided shipment succession number can be followed.

The shipping costs are free of charge with standard freight forwarding with the Raben Group from an order value of € 500.00 plus VAT.

Under this order value, we charge a flat rate of € 119.99 including VAT per pallet.

We offer a next day delivery by freight forwarder (delivery on the next working day) for an additional charge of € 49.99 including VAT per pallet. 

 

Package shipping within the European Union (islands on request) with DPD:

The shipping period is usually 2-8 working days. The Delivery can be made online via a provided shipment succession number can be followed.

The shipping costs are:

Package weight: 0.00-9.99 kg	€ 19.99 including VAT.
Parcel weight: 10.00-30.00 kg	€ 39.99 including VAT.

Please note that certain items must be sent individually based on the package maximum, individualized cardboard and padding or securing the content and the shipping prices can vary according to shipping weight.

The following shipping costs per palette are calculated:

Shipping weight up to 100kg	€ 199.99 including VAT
Shipping weight from 100kg	€ 299.99 including VAT

 

Shipping outside the European Union:

On request, we offer shipping outside the European Union, but the shipping and inch costs must be calculated for this and can therefore not be specified in a flat rate, please contact our customer service.
