The pan's cooking surface measures a generous 300 x 540 mm, and the grease drip tray has a capacity of approximately 4 liters. The pan features a smooth, ground heating zone and operates at 5.4 kW and 400 V. It is protected by 3 x 16 A fuses. The sensible heat output is 1782 W, while the latent heat output is 2160 W. The drain is through the bottom of the pan.
This griddle pan's special features include a 200 mm high base and a practical hinged door. Weighing 59 kg, the pan is presented in display condition and comes with a 6-month warranty.
