Ideal for frying donuts, angel wings, beignets, Dutch donuts and other fried pastries.
Made entirely of stainless steel, with two racks (354x383mm) with cool-touch handles, a heating guard and a lid that can also serve as a drip tray.
Easy to use and clean, suitable for intensive use and high performance.
Equipped with a large welded oil tank (400x400x(H)160 mm) with a capacity of max. 12 liters.
The tank is equipped with a drain cock and a min/max oil level indicator and features a "cold zone" to improve oil life.
Removable heating element with switch-off function when extended and overheating protection.
The temperature can be adjusted from 50º to 190ºC.
Heating indicator light to show whether the heating element is in operation.
With non-slip rubber feet.
